Courtney Fernández:
Screenwriter and author based in Virginia.
Currently juggling words at Anda Llama Productions.

Get to know the writer…
As has been the case for most things in Courtney's life, writing her first script "just happened." She took her love of international novelas, and her deep understanding of how impactful words can be, and hammered out her first dramatic script. While she came to writing, shall we diplomatically say... "later in life," she looks forward to contributing fresh ideas and different perspectives to the industry in a meaningful way.
Courtney has placed as a finalist in numerous screenwriting competitions:
Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards (Spring 2024)
StoryPros International Screenplay Contest (18th Annual - 2024)
Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards - Diversity Initiative (VIII)
Courtney Fernández would like to write impactful dramatic screenplays — some with possible light comedic undertones — that speak to international audiences.
